LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Thorne

-Timothy John Thorne, 37, of 4020 N. Stephens Rd., Sherman Township, was arrested June 2, 2018 by LPD on a felony charge of attempted third degree criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Fink

-Aaron Schuyler Fink, 24, of 7731 Six Mile Rd., Manistee, was arrested Sept. 15 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) second offense. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Mudget

-Foster Lewis Mudget, 28, of 302 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 10 by LPD on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Sept. 25 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Shannon George Courtland, 30, of 2190 N. Lasalle Rd., Victory Township; Sept. 13; MCSO; operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content, operating an unregistered vehicle and failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Brenda Marie Smith, 43, of 926 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 305, Ludington; Sept. 16; LPD; disorderly person disturbing the peace. Pretrial: Oct. 7 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Samantha Christine Sherman, 27, of 3677 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township; Sept. 13; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 7 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
