Stolen ATV, multiple crashes reported over weekend. 

AMBER TOWNSHIP — An ATV parked on a trailer at a local hotel was reported stolen Saturday morning. Mason County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to Holiday Inn Express & Suites, 4079 W. US 10, at 9:21 a.m. on Aug. 25. The yellow 2011 Can-AM Commander X10 4-wheeler had been parked on a trailer overnight at the hotel.

Friday, Aug. 23, 2019: 

• 3:24 p.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office: A 26-year-old Walhalla woman was injured after his vehicle struck a deer, Millerton Road east of Stephanie Road, Sheridan Township.
• 6:27 p.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 freeway south of US 10, Amber Township. 

Saturday, Aug. 24, 2019: 

• 1:50 a.m., MCSO: A 22-year-old Scottville man was arrested following a 911 call reporting an assault in the 300 block of South Main Street, City of Scottville. 
• 2:20 a.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 freeway north of Conrad Road, Amber Township. 
• 6:40 a.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Custer Road south of Freeman Road, Free Soil Township. 
• 7:40 a.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, Cleveland Street north of Wealthy Street, Village of Fountain.
• 4:45 p.m., MCSO: Two vehicle crash, no injuries, US 31 and Sugar Grove Road, Sherman Township. 

Sunday, Aug. 25, 2019: 

• 12:55 a.m., MCSO: A 33-year-old Gobles woman was arrested for domestic violence, illegal entry following a 911 call reporting an assault in the 5700 block of East Shores Drive, Meade Township. 
• 7:30 a.m., MCSO: A 23-year-old Ludington man was injured, but refused medical treatment, after the vehicle he was driving left the road and struck several trees, Hansen Road east of Meyers Road, Amber Township. 
• 4:10 p.m., MCSO: A 29-year-old Norton Shores man was arrested on an outstanding friend of the court warrant from Mason County following a traffic stop at US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Highway. 
• 5:12 p.m., MCSO: Two vehicle crash, no injuries, US 31 and US 10, Amber Township. 
• 7:35 p.m., MCSO: Nine signs were reported stolen from a residence in the 6500 block of East Sugar Grove Road, Sheridan Township near Round Lake. The signs denoted “children playing” and “drive with caution.” 
• 8:28 p.m., MCSO: A 23-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for retail fraud (shoplifting) from Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10. 
• 9:10 p.m., MCSO: Car/deer crash, no injuries, US 10/31 east of Gordon Road, Amber Township.
