LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Robinson

– Thomas James Robinson, Jr., 38, of 1006 Olmstead, Ludington, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic or cocaine less than 50 grams. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Lemire

– Garth Allen Lemere, Jr., 20, of 112 S. Reinberg Ave., Scottville, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of breaking and entering – entry without breaking with intent. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Hannahs

– Richard Roy Hannahs, 57, of 2738 S. Tamarac Dr., Ludington, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of assault by strangulation. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Cole

– Jason Wayne Cole, 45, of 507 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Aug. 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Renee Marie Zimmer, 48, of 597 S. Tyndall Rd., Branch; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Richard Thomas Massey, 33, of 405 E. Danaher St., Ludington; LPD; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Robert Noah Gauthier, 44, of 303 S. Main St., Scottville; Scottville Police Department; domestic violence. Pretrial: Sept. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
