Ludington manager to hold ‘remote’ office hours.
LUDINGTON — City Manager Mitch Foster will hold ‘remote’ office hours once or twice a month beginning in August. On Thursday, Aug. 8, he will be at Red Rooster Coffee and Community, 207 S. James St., from 10 a.m. to noon and then 1 to 5 p.m. Residents are encouraged to stop in to discuss topics and concerns.
