CUSTER – A 60-year-old Fountain man was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers from the Hart post for his seventh drunk driving offense Saturday, July 20, at 11:11 a.m. on Main Street, according to Sgt. Dan Thomas.

He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

• 11 a.m., (Michigan State Police), a 58-year-old Hart man was arrested on a fugitive warrant at the Hart post.
• 2 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Ofice), larceny of a bicycle, 100 block of North Jebavy Dr., Jebavy Drive Apartments, Pere Marquette Township. The victim reported the theft of a 20-inch PRO BMX bicycle.
• 3:21 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, minor injury, US 10 and Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
• 7:13 p.m., (MCSO), retail fraud, 4800 block of West US 10, Walmart, Pere Marquette Township. A report will be forwarded to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office for charges related to six different retail frauds involving a 42-year-old Oceana County man.
• 8:07 p.m., (MCSO), a 46-year-old Lake Leelanau MI man was arrested following a traffic stop ​for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Main and State streets, City of Scottville.
• 9:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Kistler Road near Morton Road, Riverton Township.
• 10 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Anderson Road, Victory Township.
• 11:05 p.m., (MCSO), a 27-year-old Pentwater man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant out of Mason County following a reported disturbance at a residence, 2600 block of West Anthony Road, Riverton Township.

• 9:02 a.m., (MCSO), a 39-year-old Rothbury woman was arrested on two outstanding failure to appear warrants out of Oceana County following a reported intoxicated woman in the Home Depot parking lot, 3800 block of West US 10, Amber Township.
• 11:29 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of US 31, Amber Township.
• 2:35 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 and Meyers Road, Pere Marquette Township.
• 9:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Hawley Road west of Walhalla Road, Logan Township.

• 3:50 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Custer Road north of Johnson Road, Custer Township. A vehicle struck a tree which had fallen due to the storm
• 10:35 a.m., (MSP), criminal sexual conduct, 6000 block of Groth Road, Hamlin Township.
