Man gets jail term for financial transaction device fraud.

LUDINGTON –– A 31-year-old Hamlin Township man was sentenced in 51st Circuit Court Tuesday, June 11, serve 60 days up front of a one-year discretionary jail term for financial transaction device (credit/debit card) fraud.

David John Reinoehl, of 4716 N. Beaune Rd., previously pleaded “no contest” to the charge. In exchange For his plea, one count of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device was dismissed.

Judge Susan K. Sniegowski allowed work release and also sentenced Reinoehl to one year probation.
