Miss Mason County Pageant applications being accepted.

SCOTTVILLE — The Miss Mason County Scholarship Pageant, is accepting applicants. The pageant is a part of the Scottville 10 & 31 Celebration and will take place on Tuesday, July 9 at 8 p.m. at the Scottville Clown Band Shell. The MCC Jazz Band will begin playing beforehand at 7pm.

The newly crowned Miss Mason County will receive a $500 scholarship sponsored by the Ludington and Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce and the 1st runner up will receive a scholarship of $250 sponsored by West Shore Bank.

The Miss Mason County Scholarship Pageant is open to all women between the ages of 16 – 20 who either live in Mason County or attend or will be a graduate of a school in Mason County.

Applications are available at Scottville City Hall, Erin Doan State Farm Insurance, Ludington and Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce and Red Rooster Coffee and Community.
