Larceny charges top recent arraignments, posted June 6, 2019.

The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Collins

-Larry Arthur Collins, no age listed, homeless, was arrested May 29 by MCSO on a felony charge of larceny in a building. Probable cause hearing: June 5 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Bayer

-Cody Ethan Bayer, 22, of 407 E. Foster St., Ludington, was arrested May 30 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of fourth-degree fleeing police. Bayer was also arrested the following day, May 31, by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree retail fraud. Probable cause hearing: June 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Thomas Robinson

-Thomas James Robinson, 38, of 307 S. Rowe St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 8, 2019 by SSCENT on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance (cocaine). Probable cause hearing: June 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Shirmeka Robinson

-Shirmeka Reeann Robinson, 34, of 860 Marquette St., Muskegon, was arrested Oct. 8, 2018 by the State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT) on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance. Probable cause hearing: June 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-Robert Wayne Johnson, 50, of 6571 Sherman St., Sheridan Township, was arrested May 30 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault) and possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: June 12 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Euguene Thomas Duncil, 51, of 3100 E. Townline Rd., Freesoil Township; May 25; MSP; second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: June 24 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Morgan Ashley Kay Lifer, 29, of 6213 E. Hansen Rd., Branch Township; May 25; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 24 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Norma Jean Muyskens, 54, of 1707 S. Larson Rd., Branch Township; May 24; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 24 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Robin Lynn Lopez, 53, of 6728 Bryant Rd., Pere Marquette Township; May 26; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: July 15 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Conner Ryan Kane Huddleston, 23, of 701 E. Sixth St., Ludington; May 29; MSP; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: July 1 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Nichole Alice Kolean, 27, of 922 E. Tinkham Ave., Apt. 114, Ludington; May 24; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: June 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Terryn Dewayne Borgh, III, 21, of 311 N. Lavinia St., Ludington; June 1; LPD; embezzlement by an agent or trustee between $200-$1,000 and larceny by conversion between $200-$1,000. Pretrial: June 10 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Michael Anthony Molina, 23, of 604 Ludington Ave., Apt. 23, Ludington; June 3; LPD; larceny by conversion between $200-$1,000. Pretrial: June 17 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
