79th District Court sentencings, posted June 6, 2019

The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Anthony Earl Green, 42, of 104 S. Staffon St., Ludington, pleaded guilty May 28 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must attend the SBIRT prevention services; and $1,195 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State.

Dismissals

-Richard Kevin Kraft, II, 17, of 4380 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Summit Township, had a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) dismissed without prejudice on May 28. According to court records, “People cannot prove offense charged beyond a reasonable doubt.”

-Paige Renee Perysian, 26, of 105 Fifth St., Ludington, had a charge of operating a vehicle without security (no insurance) dismissed on May 21 as part of a plea agreement with the prosecutor.
