LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Kloss

-David Melvin Kloss, 40, of 489 W. Two Mile Rd., Baldwin, was arrested May 24 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: June 5 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $15,000 cash/surety.

Lopez

-Timothy Allen Lopez, 25, of 603 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was arrested May 27 by LPD on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: June 5 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Spence

-Elias Blair Spence, 25, of 1180 Matt Urban Dr., Apt. 423, Holland, was arrested May 25 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of malicious destruction of police or fire equipment. Probable cause hearing: June 5 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Fenner

-John Robert Fenner, 48, of 600 Kosciusko St., Manistee, was arrested May 28 on a felony charge of failure to pay child support. Probable cause hearing: May 29 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 cash.

Misdemeanors

-Julianita Esparza-Kenyon, 23, of 5634 W. Johnson Rd., Pere Marquette Township; May 28; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: June 10 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Francisco Javier Luevano, 43, of 133 ½ S. Main St., Apt. 1, Scottville; May 22; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: June 24 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Amanda Jean Haiss, 29, of 6054 Barnhart Rd., Hamlin Township; May 23; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: June 24 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Deandre Cavelle Winston, 33, of 6054 Barnhart Rd., Hamlin Township; May 23; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: June 24 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Allison Marie Bunker, 35, of 724 S. Clay St., Green Bay, Wisconsin; May 27; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 24 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Kayla Jean Johnson, 26, of 204 S. Harrison St., Ludington; May 21; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 10 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Cheryl Ann Bailey, 62, of 104 E. Whittier St., Ludington; May 21; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 17 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Cody Ethan Bayer, 22, of 407 E. Foster St., Ludington; May 26; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: June 24 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Marquell Wilkinson, 45, of 1706 Ruddiman St., Muskegon; May 20; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: June 17 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
