Muskegon man arrested for 7th suspended driving offense.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP – A 45-year-old Muskegon man, who has been arrested six previous times for driving while license suspended (DWLS), was arrested again for DWLS during a traffic stop by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Monday, May 20, at 10:34 p.m. on US 10 and Jebavy Drive, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

A passenger – a 38-year-old Ludington woman – was arrested on two outstanding failure to appear warrants from Mason County, Cole said.

The following is other police activity in Mason County Monday, May 20, 2019:

– 12:20 a.m., (MCSO), a 25-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an Oceana County bond violation, 200 block of North Lavinia Street, City of Ludington. A 52-year-old Ludington woman was arrested by the Ludington Police Department for a personal protection order violation.

– 10:22 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 and Meyers Road, Amber Township.

– 12:26 p.m., (MCSO), a 47-year-old Wellston man was arrested on an outstanding Mason County Friend of the Court warrant, 5200 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 5:27 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 west of Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

– 7 p.m., (Michigan State Police), retail fraud, 4000 block of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
