Terrorism threat tops 79^th District Court arraignments, May 2, 2019.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

-Richard William Kuehler, 55, homeless, was arrested Apr. 28 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of false report or threat of terrorism. Preliminary hearing: May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/10 percent. See related story here.

-Heather Marie Vinton, 43, of 6952 Gibson Rd., Walhalla, was arrested Feb. 1 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of larceny between $1,000-$20,000; receiving and concealing stolen property between $1,000-$20,000; six counts of larceny of firearms, and six counts of felony firearms. Preliminary hearing: May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000 personal recognizance.

-Shayne Michael Neve, 22, of 301 Sibben St., Manistee, was arrested Apr. 29 by LPD on a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary hearing: May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Kyle Scott Janicki, 37, of 4035 Windward Forest Trl., Manistee; Apr. 25; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) second offense and failure to stop within assured clear distance. Pretrial: May 20 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Gavin Ray Routh, 23, of 1101 Madison St., Ludington; Apr. 26; MSP; furnishing obscenity to children. Pretrial: May 6 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Shane Thomas Ingles, 17, of 2907 N. Sandy Dr., Hamlin Township; Apr. 8; LPD; breaking & entering a vehicle to steal property and larceny less than $200. Pretrial: May 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500 personal recognizance.

-Terry Teen Clancy, 40, of 134 N. Main St., Custer; Apr. 27; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: June 3 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Paige Renee Perysian, 26, of 105 Fifth St., Ludington; Mar. 30; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), unlawful use of license plates and driving an unregistered vehicle. Pretrial: May 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
