LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

-Richard Lee Renwick, 66, of 1340 S. Scottville Rd., Custer Township, was arrested Apr. 18 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), felony firearms and domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: May 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-William Lee Dustman, 76, of 506 George St., Ludington; Apr. 19; Michigan State Police (MSP); failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance), driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving without an operator’s license on person. Pretrial: May 6 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Ambriel Laurana Peters, 20, of 575 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township; Apr. 18; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); embezzlement. Pretrial: May 6 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jessica Lynn McDonald, 23, of 701 N. Saint Paul St., Ludington; Apr. 18; Ludington Police Department (LPD); assault and battery. Pretrial: May 6 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Brenda Marie Copeland, 43, of 206 S. Delia St., Ludington; Apr. 17; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Apr. 29 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Tristan Joseph Bromley, 21, of 406 Seventh St., Ludington; Apr. 21; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: May 20 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Timothy Eric Smogoleski, 37, of 1209 S. Washington Ave., Ludington; Apr. 20; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: May 20 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Taylor Marie Briske, 23, of 414 Thornwild Dr., Apt. B2, Scottville; Apr. 21; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: May 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
