LUDINGTON — Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital’s Win With Wellness program is hosting a free health fair on Saturday, May 4 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the hospital’s main lobby.

The health fair features free biometric screenings to measure cholesterol levels, glucose level, blood pressure and body mass index; free consultations with a registered dietitian; and questions and answers from a tobacco treatment specialist.

In addition, the YMCA/Spectrum Health Veggie Van will be at the Win With Wellness health fair providing free, healthy produce to those who attend. No appointments are required, however preregistration is encouraged for the biometric screenings.
