Riverton Fire Dept. pancake breakfast is Saturday.

RIVERTON TOWNSHIP —The Riverton Township Fire Department is holding its annual pancake breakfast on Saturday, April 27 from 7:30 a.m. to noon at Riverton Township Hall, 2104 W. Hawley Road.

The cost is $8 per person, which includes pancakes, sausages, scrambled eggs, coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. The fundraising event will also include a silent auction and raffles.

Proceeds from this year’s breakfast will raise funds to make improvements around the fire station, Fire Chief Joe Cooper said. 

“The breakfast is also always a good time. It’s sort of like a community gathering,” Cooper said.
