Assault charges top recent arraignments, April 4, 2019.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Talmadge

-Alicia Marie Talmadge, 29, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 3, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Mar. 31 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm and third offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Cory

-Nico Blaine Cory, 29, of 58 S. Madison, Custer, was arrested Mar. 27 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm, domestic violence and receiving/concealing stolen property less than $200. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Trombley

-Christine Marie Trombley, 47, of 706 N. Delia St., Ludington, was arrested Mar. 26 by MCSO on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary hearing: Apr. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Parker

-Tyrus Ray Parker, 18, of 7426 Thomas Ave., Jenison, was arrested Jan. 31 by MSP on a felony charge of unlawfully driving away a motor vehicle. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Carr

-Carrie Ann Carr, 38, of 332 S. Meyers Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Mar. 26 by MCSO on a felony charge of malicious destruction of property over $1,000 and second offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent. See related story.

-James Albert Howard, 56, of 3547 W. 12th St., Baldwin; Mar. 29; MSP; OWI. Pretrial: Apr. 29 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jeremy Dean Daily, 25, of 5815 Ryerson Rd., Twin Lake; Apr. 1; Ludington Police Department (LPD); second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Apr. 22 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Thomas Ray Stimes, 46, of 1796 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township; Mar. 26; MSP; assault and battery. Pretrial: Apr. 15 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Carrie Maureen Rymiszewski, 30, of 202 Sanborn Ave., Apt. 2, Big Rapids; Aug. 7, 2018; MSP; false pretense more than $200. Pretrial: Apr. 15 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500 personal recognizance.

-Julio Rocha, 33, of 1533 N. 72nd Ave., Hart; Mar. 31; MSP; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Apr. 22 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

-Alyssa Farin Ross, 26, of 2355 Maple Rd., Branch; Mar. 26; MSP; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Apr. 8 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Darrell Eugene Jolly, 56, of 3720 First St., Custer; Mar. 16; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Apr. 8 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Darold Dean Stutzman, 27, of 9973 M-37, Baldwin; Mar. 14; MPS; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: Apr. 15 at 11 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Krista Michele Rodriguez, 42, of 756 N. Meyers Rd., Amber Township; Mar. 16; MSP; failure to maintain insurance (no vehicle insurance), operating an unregistered vehicle and unlawful license plates. Pretrial: Apr. 15 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Melissa Jean Garland, 25, of 151 S. Wildwood Dr., Apt. 2, Amber Township; Mar. 15; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and driving without a license. Pretrial: Apr. 8 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
