LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Larr

-Jess Marie Larr, 18, of 506 E. Sixth St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Mar. 17 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of breaking and entering into a vehicle with damage to the vehicle. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Burns

-Damian Sabastian Michael Burns, 19, of 506 E. Sixth St., Apt. 3, Ludington, was arrested Mar. 17 by LPD on a felony charge of breaking and entering into a vehicle with damage to the vehicle. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Bennett

-Anthony Ray Bennett, 30, of 305 E. Second St., Ludington, was arrested Mar. 12 by LPD on felony charges of interfering with an electronic communications device and domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: Apr. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Kathryn Ann Smith, 28, of 609 N. Harrison St., Ludington; Mar. 8; LPD; malicious destruction to a building, attempted illegal entry to a building, and disorderly conduct. Pretrial: Mar. 25 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Patrick Steven Dennany, 27, of 916 N. Rath Ave., Ludington; Mar. 17; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Apr. 1 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Kalisha Jonell Fisher, 25, of 5534 W. King Dr., Pere Marquette Township; Feb. 1; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Apr. 8 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Anthony Earl Green, 42, of 104 S. Staffon St., Ludington; Mar. 17; MCSO; operating while intoxicated. Pretrial: Apr. 22 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
