The National Weather Service has issued a blizzard warning from 7 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 24 to 7 a.m., Monday, Feb. 25. Conditions may include frequent whiteouts with total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches. Winds could gust as high as 65 mph.
