Scottville commission to hear city manager search proposals

#ScottvilleNews

SCOTTVILLE — The city commission will hear two city manager search proposals today during a special meeting scheduled at 3 p.m. at city hall, 105 N. Main St. Earlier this month Amy Williams announced her resignation as city manager effective the end of April. The city commission was then contacted by the Michigan Municipal League (MML) about its search services. The MML recently assisted the City of Ludington in its search for a new city manager. The commission has also been contacted by Frank Walsh, a former city manager who also serves as a private search consultant.

Due to the weather, both presenters will make their proposals via teleconference.
