LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Wilson

– Frank Wilson, III, 18, of 3217 Glendale St., Muskegon Heights, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of first-degree home invasion and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Jan. 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Witkowski

– Amy Lynn Witkowski, 30, of 276 1/2 11th St., Manistee, was arrested on felony charges of uttering and publishing and two counts of stealing/retaining a financial transaction device. Preliminary exam: Jan. 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal recognizance.

Case

– Melvin David Chase, 48, of 165 N. Stiles Rd., Amber Township, was arrested by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of assault by strangulation and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Jan. 16 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety/10 percent.

McCullough

– Candace Lynn McCullough, 19, of 408 S. Staffon St., Ludington, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of embezzlement over $1,000. Preliminary exam: Jan. 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance.

Christie

– Morgan Ann Christie, 36, homeless, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: Jan. 2 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/personal recognizance.

High-court misdemeanor

– Tristan Dennison Scribner, 20, of 316 Marrison St., Big Rapids; LPD; fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC). Preliminary exam: Jan. 9 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Thomas Lee Edward Sewell, 32, of 9539 E US 10, Branch Township; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 7 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Joel Oliver Crookston, 34, of 8585 Newells Lane, Portage; LPD; operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 19 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Gregory Frank Accardi, 32, of 1267 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township; SSCENT; purchasing a pistol without a license. Pretrial: Jan. 28 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

– Hannah Elizabeth Osbeck, 29, of 721 E. Diana St., Ludington; LPD; disorderly person/disturbing the peace. Pretrial: Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.
