VanDyke is Scottville Optimist of the Year. 

SCOTTVILLE — Julie VanDyke was awarded the 2018 Scottville Optimist Club member of the year award during the club’s annual Christmas party held Saturday, Dec. 15. In addition, club president, Joe Knowles, received special recognition for his leadership.
