WSCC board to honor Trustee Ennis.

VICTORY TOWNSHIP — The West Shore Community College Board of Trustees will honor out-going trustee Mike Ennis when it meets Monday, Dec. 17. Ennis became a member of the board when he was appointed to fill a vacant position in June 1998. His final term ends on Dec. 31 of this year.

A resolution will honor Ennis.

“Mike Ennis has consistently placed the needs of the students and the community at the forefront of his service and is a person of the highest integrity,” the resolution states.

Ennis served as chairman of the board from 2001 to 2009 and served on the board’s executive committee for 17 years. He also served as the chair of the board’s policy and personnel committees for nine years and has also served on the college’s foundation board for the past 18 years (and will continue to serve).

The board meets at 4 p.m. in the John M. Eaton Board Room located in the college’s Administrative and Conference Building.
