LUDINGTON –– The following were arraigned on misdemeanor charges in 79th District Court:

– Jesse Allen Outwater, 34, of 313 N. Emily St., Ludington; Ludington Police Department (LPD); fourth-degree child abuse. Pretrial: Dec. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal recognizance.

– Michael Drew Cooper, 56, of 911 Pine St., Ludington; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Dec. 3 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Zachery Scott Wehner, 25, no address listed; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: Dec. 10 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Jeffrey Allen Grant, 54, of 111 E. Melendy St., Ludington; LPD; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Dec. 3 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.
