LUDINGTON – The following were sentenced recently on felony charges in Mason County’s 51st Circuit Court:
– Christopher Douglas Gachter, 35, of. 2672 S. Derby Rd., Sidney, Michigan, was found guilty Sept. 11 of heroin possession less than 25 grams and third-offense habitual offender and was sentenced Nov. 7 to serve months up front of a one year discretionary jail term with credit for 61 days served; 18 month probation; driver’s license suspended 180 days/restricted license after 30 days; and $658 in fines and costs.
– Amber Ruth Huck, 28, of 508 1/2 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was found guilty of probation violation and sentenced Nov. 7 to one year in jail with credit for 215 days served and $658 in fines and costs. Probation stems from a Jan. 23, 2018 conviction of narcotic/cocaine possession less than 25 grams.
