LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Zamora

– Xavier Ignacio Zamora, 24, 201 W. William St., Ludington, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of delivery/manufacture of a narcotic/cocaine less than 50 grams and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/percent.

Reid

– Jesse Colin Reid, Jr., 19, of 3209 E. Hawley Rd., Eden Township was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of unlawful driving away of an automobile/car theft. Preliminary exam: Nov. 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/percent.

Misdemeanors

– Clayton Kenneth-James Clark, 45, of 206 1/2 E. Danaher St., Ludington; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Nov. 26 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Tom Charles Smogoleski, Jr., 39, of 4712 W. Decker Rd., Hamlin Township; LPD; OWI. Pretrial: Nov. 26 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
