LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Martinez

– Ashley Anne Martinez, 30, of 409 First St., Ludington, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of controlled substance possession and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Petro

– Brian Keith Petro, 33, of 1101 S. Madison St., Ludington, was arrested by the Michigan State Police Hart post (MSP) for felonies of methamphetamine possession and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

– Sara Christine Buchanan, 32, of 6597 W. Sassafras St., Hamlin Township, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of controlled substance possession and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

Steffens

– Adam John Steffens, 39, of 1020 E. Kinney Rd., Eden Township, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary exam: Nov. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Derek Allan Lange, 32, of 704 E. First St., Ludington; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .17 or higher and operating while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Nov. 26 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Breanna Helen Kist, 19, of 2685 E. Hawley Rd., Eden Township; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Nov. 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Kayla Marie Shinsky, 31, of 2867 N. Jebavy Dr., Hamlin Township; MSP; domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– William Geoffrey Buchanan, 29, of 6597 W. Sassafras St.., Hamlin Township; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Nov. 19 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Kyle Robert Comstock, 32, of 1084 Pineway St., Ludington; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Nov. 5 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Nathan Keur Zuber, 40, of 716 Airport Rd., Muskegon; MCSO; second-degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Nov. 19 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.
