Woman arrested following disturbance in Victory Township.

VICTORY TOWNSHIP — A 31-year-old Victory Township woman was arrested Sunday morning after causing a disturbance with her neighbors. Neighbors had called 911 complaining of a disorderly person who had damaged a yard. During the arrest, the woman allegedly threatened and fought deputies, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole. The woman also attempted to kick out the windows of the patrol car after she was placed in the backseat, Cole said.

• 5:02 a.m., a 39-year-old Custer man was arrested following a traffic stop on the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, third offense, State and High streets, City of Scottville.
• 7:03 a.m., a 42-year-old Grand Haven man was cited at US 31 expressway and US 10, Amber Township for failing to report a crash following a single vehicle crash on the westbound off ramp of US 31 onto US 10, Amber Township.
• 5:44 p.m., a 40-year-old Norton Shores man was arrested at Wal-Mart in the 4800 block of US 10, Pere Marquette Township, on the charge of retail fraud second arrest.
• 10:11 p.m., car/deer crash, no injuries, Stiles and Johnson roads, Amber Township.
