LUDINGTON – the following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Boynton

– Tim Francis Boynton, Jr., 53, of 903 Emily St., Ludington, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and misdemeanor charges of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: Nov. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

– Kyle Joseph Via, 20, of 8197 N. US 31, Grant Township, was arrested by MCSO for a felony of possession of analogues and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Voorheis

– Emily Morgan Voorheis, 26, of 401 1/2 Sibben St., Manistee, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs’, Chiefs’ Enforcement of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for a felony of narcotic possession and a misdemeanor of marijuana possession. Preliminary exam: Nov. 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal recognizance.
