White Pine Village Lumber Day is Saturday.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Historic White Pine Village will hold its annual Lumber Day on Saturday, Sept. 29 from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The event will include several family fun activities and special attractions including candlemaking, sawmill demonstrations, saw blade sharpening, laundry washing, weaving demonstrations, and much more.

The day will begin with a Lumberjack Brunch served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Menu will include freshly-made pancakes with local maple syrup, sausage, hash browns, and coffee or apple cider. 

Admission is $12 for ages 18 and older, $9 for ages 6-17, and free for children ages 5 and under.
