LUDINGTON – The following were arraigned recently in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Williams

– Ariss Akeem Williams, 23, of 1459 E. Elm St., Idlewild, was arrested by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) for felonies of analogue possession and delivery/manufacture of a controlled substance. Preliminary exam: Oct. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Simerson

– Dale Skyler Simerson, 39, no address listed, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of failure to register as a sex offender and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary exam: Oct. 3 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Eric James Melonas, 35, of 1962 Kennedy Blvd., Hamlin Township; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Oct. 15 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Morgan Renee Grassman, 21, of 1065 Pineway St., Ludington; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Oct. 8 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal recognizance.

– Todd Allen Smith, 46, of 2088 Joyce St., Mears; MCSO; stalking and malicious use of telecommunications. Pretrial: Oct. 1 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

– Amber Lynn Hawkins, 31, of 6172 Fox Rd., Hart; Michigan State Police (MSP); receiving and concealing stolen property. Pretrial: Oct. 1 at 10 a.m. Bail: $3,500/personal recognizance.

– Elizabeth Healy Andrews, 34, of 100 S. Wildwood Crossing, Amber Township; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: Oct. 15 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
