LUDINGTON — The following were sentenced recently in 79th District Court:

– Crestino Ray Clever, 37, of 204 S. Harrison St., Ludington, was found guilty July 25 of receiving and concealing stolen property and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must testify truthfully when called upon; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random preliminary breath tests (PBTs); and $725 in fines and costs. Charges of credit card possession and third-offense habitual offender were dismissed.

– Kendall Jay Walworth, 27, of 411 Melendy St., Ludington, was found guilty July 24 of second-offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; must report to jail Nov. 24 unless he has completed Impact Weekend; outpatient treatment; must provide proof of sale of vehicle within 30 days; one year discretionary jail for two years; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $1,320 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to the Secretary of State (SOS).

– Amanda Nichole Stefaniak, 37, of 6213 E. Hansen Rd., Sheridan Township, was found guilty July 24 of malicious destruction of property (MDOP) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; must continue mental health counseling; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $595 in fines and costs. One count of domestic violence was dismissed.

– Alex Robert Baldwin, 30, of 7026 S, Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township, was found guilty July 24 of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and was sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for two days served; must report to jail Nov. 24 unless he has completed Impact Weekend; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; must obtain Soberlink for one year; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $1,380 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Willie Edward Wilson, Jr., 43, of 1731 Lindval, Lansing, was found guilty July 25 of driving while license suspended (DWLS) was sentenced to 12 days in jail with credit for 12 days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $330 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Nicole Elizabeth Mitchell, 22, of 240 S. Gibson Rd., Branch Township, was found guilty July 26 of disorderly – disturbing the peace and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $285 in fines and costs.

– Danny Jo Shannon, 36, of 300 S. Washington Ave., Ludington, was found guilty July 24 of disorderly person – drunk and was sentenced to 17 days in jail with credit for 17 days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; and $285 in fines and costs.

– Tyler Alden Catton, 23, of 620 Sleepy Hallow, Sandusky, Michigan, was found guilty July 26 of operating an ORV while license suspended and was sentenced to $285 in fines and costs.

– Deven Benson Garcia, 22, of 2823 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township, was found guilty July 26 of open intoxicants – passenger and was sentenced to $265 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Patrick Steven Martin Dennany, 26, of 916 N. Rath Ave., Ludington, was found guilty July 26 of DWLS and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $285 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Brent Norman Ginter, 26, of 2907 W. Conrad Rd., Amber Township, was found guilty July 24 of larceny less than $200 and was sentenced to 28 days in jail with credit for 22 days served; inpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for two years; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $595 in fines and costs. Charges of DWLS and forging/altering a license were dismissed.

– Myles Anthony Austin, 23, of 5502 W. Hazelwood Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was found guilty July 24 of operating while impaired and was sentenced to outpatient treatment; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend the next session of the Victims’ Impact Panel (VIP); no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $1,000 in fines and costs. Conviction reportable to SOS.

– Jennifer Lynn Gilbert, 30, of 322 E. Dowland St., Ludington, was found guilty July 24 of MDOP and was sentenced to one year discretionary jail for one year; must continue mental health counseling; no contact with the victim; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; and $595 in fines and costs or perform 60 hours of community service.

– Dylan James Hansen, 24, of 71 S. Campbell Rd., Branch Township, pleaded “no contest” July 24 to assault and battery and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; no alcohol/drugs; subject to random PBTs; no contact with the victim; must attend AA twice a week for one year; and $790 in fines and costs. One count of aggravated assault was dismissed.

– Angie Elaine Dirske, 40, of 6817 E. Bockstanz Rd., Sheridan Township, pleaded ” no contest” July 24 to operating while impaired by a controlled substance and was sentenced to 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must continue mental health counseling; must attend next session of VIP; perform 60 hours of community service or pay $895 in fines and costs; no alcohol/drugs; and subject to random PBTs and drug tests. Conviction reportable to SOS. One count of operating with presence of drugs was dismissed.

– Shane William Ruboyianes, 40, of 1023 W. Johnson Rd., Amber Township, was found guilty July 26 of fishing with too many lines and was sentenced to $275 in fines and costs.
