45th annual Old Engine and Tractor Show begins Thursday.

SCOTTVILLE — The 45th annual Western Michigan Old Engine Club’s Engine and Tractor Show takes place this weekend at Riverside Park. beginning Thursday, Aug. 2 through Sunday, Aug. 5. The show will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and then 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday.

The show features many tractors, engines, and implements from days gone by, along with a working saw mill, windmill, shingle mill, blacksmith shop, and many other exhibits. Daily tractor pulls and parades are also held.

Daily admission is $6 for adults with children ages 12 and under free. On Thursday, seniors ages 65 and older get in for $5. Kids Day is Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features a pedal tractor pull, valve cover racers, scavenger hunt, bird house building and a garden tractor pull for kids ages 8 to 15.
