LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Southern

– David Robert Southern, 39, of 404 1/2 N. James St., Ludington, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-offense domestic violence and a third-offense habitual offender notice. Preliminary exam: Aug. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Gachter

– Christopher Douglas Gachter, 34, of 2672 S. Derby Rd., Sidney, Michigan, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of narcotics possession and a third-offense habitual offender notice. Preliminary exam: Aug. 1 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Xavier Ignacio Zamora, 24, of 201 N. William St., Ludington; LPD; malicious destruction of a building less than $200 and attempted breaking and entering/illegal entry. Pretrial: July 23 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Patrick Maurice O-Brien, 53, of 819 W. Bradshaw Rd., Riverton Township; Scottville Police Department; operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Pretrial: Aug. 13 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
