Scottville man arrested for drunk driving following crash; Hart man arrested on 5 warrants. 
AMBER TOWNSHIP — A 30-year-old Scottville man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Thursday morning following a single vehicle crash near the Lowe’s parking lot, 4460 W. US 10-31. Deputies from Mason County Sheriff’s Office were initially called at 3 a.m. to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the store’s parking lot. According to Sheriff Kim Cole, the investigation revealed the driver had left the Liv Wildwood apartment complex, about ¾ mile west of Lowe’s, crossed US 10 and drover through the Chemical Bank parking lot and into a retention pond. The vehicle left the scene but was located two miles away. A 22-year-old female passenger, from Ludington, sustained a minor head injury and was treated at the scene.

• 12:13 a.m., Michigan State Police (MSP), a 14-year-old boy was apprehended for domestic violence, US 31 near Koenig Road, Free Soil Township.
• 7:17 a.m., Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO), two vehicle crash, no injuries, Paul and Main streets, City of Scottville.
• 7:39 a.m., MCSO, car/deer crash, no injuries, Millerton Road west of Morse Road, Sheridan Township.
• 9:34 a.m., MCSO, car/deer crash, no injuries, Pere Marquette Highway north of US 31, Pere Marquette Township.
• 11:52 a.m., MCSO, a 32-year-old Hart man was arrested on five outstanding warrants in the 2300 block of 18t Street, Sheridan Township. Warrants included a bench warrant/probation violation from Mason County, stolen property from Hart Police Department, three failure to appear warrants from Hart Police Department, Manistee County and Oceana County.
• 4:06 p.m., MCSO, two vehicle hit and run crash, no injuries, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 4:45 p.m., MSP, car/deer crash, Hawley Road near Scottville Road, Riverton Township.
• 11 p.m., MCSO, car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 north of Koenig Road, Grant Township.
