Big Sable Lighthouse bus day is June 23.
HAMLIN TOWNSHIP — The Sable Points Lighthouse Keepers Association will be offering bus rides to Big Sable Lighthouse on Saturday, June 23 from noon to 5 p.m. Buses leave the building next to the Ludington State Park office for a cost of $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 12 and under.
Also on that day, the musical group High Lonesome will perform at the lighthouse grounds from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. The group’s style of music is described as classic country with a touch of rock.
Other Big Sable Lighthouse bus days are July 12, July 28, Aug. 9, Aug. 25, and Sept. 22.
