HART — A Scottville man is among the 15 people who were arrested by Michigan State Police for cockfighting Saturday night in Oceana County’s Hart Township. Francisco Delose Vasquez, 17, of 106 E. Third St., Scottville was arraigned Monday, June 4, in Oceana County’s 78th District Court on the charge of animals – attending a fight, a felony that is punishable by up to four years in prison.
