LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department is hosting its annual Water Safety Day on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  The event will be held at the west end of Ludington Avenue near Lakeshore Drive.

This year’s event will feature a demonstration from the U.S. Coast Guard on Lake Michigan and also an AeroMed helicopter. Also present will be local law enforcement agencies, fire departments, Life EMS, and the U.S. Forest Service.

A free hot dog lunch will be provided along with prizes for the kids.  The event is sponsored by Walmart, West Shore Bank and Shop N Save.
