Felony fugitive arrest, tire slashing top police activity.

The following is police activity in Mason County over the weekend:

Friday, April 20, 2018:

– 5:30 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Countyline Road near Morton Road, Grant Township.

– 2:23 p.m,. (MCSO), gas drive-off, $20 in fuel stolen, Scottville EZ Mart, 400 block of East US 10, Custer Township.

– 6:05 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10-31, Amber Township.

– 9:45 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 39-year-old River Rouge, Michigan man was arrested on a felony fugitive warrant, and a 20-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), US 10 and Stiles Road, Amber Township.

– 10:02 p.m., (MCSO), damaged property, the victim reported an iPhone 6 was broken, 2200 block of East US 10, Village of Custer.

Saturday, April 21, 2018:

– 2:30 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 and Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 3:50 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, West Sixth Street, Pere Marquette Township.

– 7:45 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 31 freeway near the Chauvez Road overpass, Pere Marquette Township.

– 10:39 a.m., (MCSO), damaged property, tires slashed, 5000 block of Johnson Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 11:40 p.m., (MSP), expired license, Scottville and Chauvez roads, Eden Township.

Sunday, April 22, 2018:

– 3:20 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Campbell and Washington roads, Logan Township.

– 8:44 p.m., (MSP), assault, under investigation, 3000 block of South Pere Marquette Highway, Summit Township.

– 9:09 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Free Soil and Schoenherr roads, Free Soil Township.
