West Shore ESD hosts building trades competition.

AMBER TOWNSHIP — West Shore Educational Service District’s Career & Technical Education program hosted the 12th Annual CTSO (Career and Technical Student Organizations) Building Competition at the ESD’s Rybicki Center Friday, April 20.

Participating schools included West Shore ESD, Mecosta-Osceola ISD Career Center, NC RESA Newaygo County Regional Education Service Agency, Wexford-Missaukee Career Technical Center, Clare-Gladwin Career Center, Ogemaw Heights High School, and Muskegon Area Career Tech Center.

The four-student teams were tasked with building a deer blind in three hours.
