LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felony

Brandon Wright

– Brandon Michael Wright, 32, of 206 N. Harrison St., Ludington, was arrested March 18 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony of third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI) and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary exam: April 4 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Michelle Eileen Howell, 50, of 2893 N. Tuttle Rd., Custer Township; March 18; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); second-offense OWI. Pretrial: April 23 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/personal.

– Antawan Dewayne Harris, 32, of 1531 Leahy St., Muskegon; March 6; MCSO; DWLS. Pretrial: March 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Charles Allen Morell, 55, of 301 E. Court St., Ludington; March 2; DNR – Cadillac; marijuana possession. Pretrial: March 26 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Malcolm Andrew King, 29, of 139 E. Saint Louis St., Idlewild; March 12; LPD; breaking and entering without owner’s permission. Pretrial: March 26 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Brian Murray Nelson, 59, of 7979 E. US 10, Branch Township; March 10; DNR – Cadillac; DWLS. Pretrial: April 16 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Tony Nicole Snyder, 32, of 50 S. Michigan Ave., Shelby; March 16; Michigan State Police; OWI. Pretrial: April 16 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent
