LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Ross

– Bethany Nicole Ross, 25, of 3829 N. Jebavy Dr., Hamlin Township, was arrested Feb. 16 by the Michigan State Police (MSP) for a felony of controlled substance possession. Preliminary exam: March 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/cash/surety.

Zacharda

– Bret David Zacharda, 46, of 709 Terrace Dr., Winona Lake, Indiana, was arrested Feb. 17 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) for a felony third-offense operating while intoxicated (OWI). Preliminary exam: March 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/personal.

Lankton

– Keila Bay Lankton, 26, no address available, was arrested by the State, Sheriffs, Chiefs Enforcement of of Narcotics Team (SSCENT) for felonies of cocaine possession, methamphetamine possession, analogue possession and maintaining a drug house. Preliminary exam: March 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/personal.

Bentz

– Jacob David Bentz, 23, of 56 S. Quarterline Rd., Amber Township, was arrested Feb. 19 by LPD for a felony of assaulting/resisting/obstructing a police officer and misdemeanor of disorderly – public intoxication. Preliminary exam: March 7 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

– Kimberly Kaye Spuller, 53, of 208 E. State St., Scottville; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); OWI. Pretrial: April 2 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Marissa Nichole Steiger, 19, of 6689 Marshall Rd., Sheridan Township; MSP; marijuana possession. Pretrial: March 5 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Shellby Autumn Walton, 22, of 143 George Washington Dr., Amber Township; MSP; no insurance. Pretrial: March 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Michael Edward Roberts, 30, of 198 N. Gordon Rd., Amber Township; LPD; disorderly person/public intoxication and prowling. Pretrial: March 5 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.
