AMBER TOWNSHIP — Dr. Weston Squires of Squires Family Care Chiropractic, 414 W. US 10, has taken his love for sports and sports performance into action by completing his certification as a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Certified strength and conditioning specialists are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance.

Squires said he plans to utilize his expertise to help advance not only athletic performance but also enhance the function of anyone during their busy lives. Incorporation of chiropractic care with an athletic mind set is an ideal combination to alleviate pain, improve function and feel better. The certification is one of the most prestigious training certification available for strength coaches in the United States.
