LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Peterson

– Amber Dawn Peterson, 36, of 10116 W. Dunn, Odessa, Texas, was arrested by the Michigan State Attorney General’s Office for a felony of failure to pay child support/leaving the state. Preliminary exam: Feb. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $50,000/cash/surety.

Depue

– Timothy A. DePue, 29, of 105 W. First St., Scottville, was arrested by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) for a felony of assault by strangulation and a misdemeanor of domestic violence. Preliminary exam: Feb. 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent. See related story here.

– Kari Ann Nummerdor, 47, of 5926 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township; MCSO; second-offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 12 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Larry Robert Yeck, 52, of 5926 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 5 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Douglas MacArthur Mann, 55, of 4679 1st St., Custer Township; Michigan State Police, Hart post (MSP); false pretense $200-$1,000. Pretrial: Feb. 12 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Emily Renae Beerman, 17, of 8250 E. Johnson Rd., Branch Township; Scottville Police Department (SPD); aggravated assault. Pretrial: Feb. 26 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.

– Danyell Leigh Fowler, 24, of 10685 N. Quarterline Rd., Grant Township; MCSO; larceny less than $200 and tampering with a motor vehicle. Pretrial: Feb. 26 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

– Patrick Gohnseng Wilson, 24, of 281 Fifth St., Manistee; MCSO; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: Feb. 12 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500/personal.

– Ethan Thomas Beetz, 18, of 183 Meyers Rd., Pere Marquette Township; MCSO; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Feb. 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
