Drunk, ‘out-of-control’ man arrested.

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 47-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies in the 300 block of North Jebavy Drive Wednesday, Jan. 31, around 9 p.m. following a 911 call “reporting a male subject, intoxicated and out of control,” said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The man was arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property for damaging a door and felon in possession of a firearm after a 9 mm pistol was recovered at the house, Cole said.

Deputies arrived and located the man in the driveway, and he was arrested without incident, the sheriff said.
