Identity theft tops arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were arraigned recently in 79th District Court:

Felonies

Bowden

– Alyse Marie Bowden, 30, of 9139 Anderson Rd., Grosse Ile, Michigan, was arrested by the Ludington Police Department on felony charges of identity theft and stealing/retaining a financial transaction device without consent. Preliminary exam: Jan. 24 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $25,000/cash/surety.

Misdemeanors

– Cody Allen DeHaan, 24, of 7895 US 10, Branch; Hart post of the Michigan State Police; driving while license suspended (DWLS). Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

– Blake Andrew Barrette, 17, of 105 Melendy St., Ludington; Scottville Police Department; marijuana possession. Pretrial: Jan. 22 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/personal.
