Home invasion, third-offense OUIL top recent arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Gardner

-Tyrone Gardner, 55, of 502 Third St., Apt. B, Ludington, was arrested October 21 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of first-degree home invasion, possession of burglary tools, and two counts of resisting/obstructing a police officer. Preliminary hearing: November 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $75,000 cash/surety.

Brinkman

-Matthew Todd Brinkman, 41, of 4478 N. Hammett Rd., Pentwater, was arrested October 19 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of third-offense operating under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and third-offense habitual offender. He was also charged with a misdemeanor count of driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary hearing: November 8 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Sindel Alexandra Padron, 24, of 615 Douglas Ave., Apt. D3, Holland; May 12; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); furnishing obscene material to children and using a computer to commit a crime. Pretrial: November 6 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $3,500/10 percent.

-Alan Michael Stepka, 25, of 415 W. Kinney Rd., Riverton Township; September 24; MSP; malicious destruction of personal property. Pretrial: November 6 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Andrew Lee Austin, 28, of 301 ½ N. Delia St., Ludington; October 18; Ludington Police Department (LPD); breaking and entering. Pretrial: October 30 at 2 p.m. Bail: $1,500/10 percent.

-Will Allen Wiegand, 28, of 501 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 2, Ludington; October 18; MSP; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: November 27 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Mark Harvey Glossinger, 32, of 134 N. Mike St., Branch Township; October 16; MSP; second-offense OWI. Pretrial: November 20 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Brayden Paul Chavalia, 23, of 156 N. Bonnie St., Pere Marquette Township; October 16; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: November 20 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Megan Lynn Brown, 25, of 1789 S. 58th St., Shelby; October 16; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: November 20 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Alberto Daniel Ramirez, 23, of 510 N. Rowe St., Apt. 1, Ludington; October 15; MCSO; OWI. Pretrial: November 20 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Raymond David Spyker, 34, of 1503 W. US 31, Amber Township; October 8; Scottville Police Department (SPD); failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: November 13 at 3:30 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Melissa Cecile Marhsall, 37, of 3943 Potter Rd., Bear Lake; September 29; Department of Natural Resources (DNR); failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and DWLS. Pretrial: November 6 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
