LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Green

-Stacy Marie Green, 35, of 2916 Trepanier Dr., Hamlin Township, was arrested September 13 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of breaking and entering into a building. Preliminary hearing: October 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $15,000/10 percent.

Schrink

-Geoffrey Fredrick Schrink, 51, of 1375 N. Campbell Rd., Branch Township, was arrested October 2 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: October 11 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $15,000 cash.

Collins

-Blair Rochelle Collins, 26, of 2299 N. 84th Ave., Hart, was arrested February 23 by MSP on a felony charge of larceny in a building. Preliminary hearing: October 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 personal recognizance.

Wells

-Robin Kathi Wells, 52, of 304 W. Evergreen Ln., Scottville, was arrested October 1 by MCSO on a felony charge of third-offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probably cause hearing: October 11 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Weiler

-Carl Hugh Weiler, 28, of 1008 N. Brookridge Rd., Amber Township, was arrested September 26 by MSP on a felony charge of carrying a concealed weapon. Preliminary hearing: October 18 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-DeShawn Erik Latimer, 30, of 915 E. Maple St., Ludington; July 8, 2016; State, Sheriff, and City Enforcement of Narcotic Team (SSCENT); possession of marijuana. Pretrial: November 6 at 11:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
