LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Misdemeanors

-Charles Alton Petersen, 44, of 5000 S. Pere Marquette Hwy., Summit Township; September 22; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: October 16 at 2:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Gregory Scott Roberts, 24, of 2716 20th St., Hopkins, Michigan; July 17; Michigan State Police (MSP); breaking and entering. Pretrial: October 16 at 3 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Dominic Daniel Forseman, 23, of 188 Lincoln St., Manistee; September 14; MCSO; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: October 23 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.

-Beatrice Hernandez, 51, of 6612 W. Linden Rd., Hamlin Township; September 3; MSP; failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance). Pretrial: October 16 at 11:45 a.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
