The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Welsch

-Robert Cecil Welsh, 43, of 405 E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested September 5 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct and third-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: September 27 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Burrell

-Reenya Bilal Clinton Burrell, 25, no address listed, was arrested August 15 by LPD on felony charges of first-degree home invasion and second-offense habitual offender. Preliminary hearing: September 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Johnson

-Darcey Mae Johnson, 44, of 311 ½ E. Melendy St., Ludington, was arrested September 3 by LPD on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence. Preliminary hearing: September 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Olsen

-Robert Howard Olsen, 71, of 1200 Tinkham Ave., Ludington, was arrested August 29 by LPD on a felony charge of assault with a dangerous weapon. Preliminary hearing: September 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Munn

-Rex Allen Munn, 50, of 706 Dexter St., Ludington, was arrested September 3 by LPD on felony charges of third-offense operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and second-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS). Preliminary hearing: September 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Anderson

-Corinne Marion Anderson, 20, of 1039 N. William St., Ludington, was arrested August 30 by MCSO on felony charges of assault/resisting/obstructing police, OWI and transporting an open intoxicant. Preliminary hearing: September 20 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
