Traffic delays expected Wednesday on PM Hwy.

PERE MARQUETTE TWP. — Traffic delays are expected on Pere Marquette Highway between First Street and Iris Road between the hours of 7 and 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, 217, according to the Mason County Sheriff’s Office.
Large equipment is expected to be transported to the Consumers Energy pump storage plant on Lakeshore Drive.
Traffic all along the route from Pere Marquette Highway to Iris Road to Lakeshore Drive will be heavily effected and motorist are encouraged to seek alternative routes.
